In public consistory, at the time of the solemn and royal court held at Concordia of the Snows, a brilliant assembly of counts and barons being in session, and a very great multitude of nobles and commoners standing before the most serene lord Edward King of the East, and Thyra his Queen, for the purpose of exhibiting the fullness of justice to each person, the said king and the said queen, according to law, did do and cause to be done the following:
