The Halls of History
The Halls of History will be open for set-up from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm on Thursday, June 28th.
If you must arrive and begin set-up on Wednesday, June 27, please notify the Halls Coordinator, Lady Magdelena Caminante at firstname.lastname@example.org. We must have your name and the names of anyone who will be joining you in advance.
Populace Viewing Hours:
9:00 am until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 29th and Saturday June, 30th
9:00 am until 1:00 on Sunday, July 1.
Take down Sunday, July 1 1:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Monday, July 2, 8:00 am – 10:00 am. All SCA items must be removed by 10:00 am please.
The Memorial Garden
Opens Thursday at Noon, closes Monday 10:00am
Postings may be placed at any time during the event. Supplies and instructions to do so will be on site within the Garden. Please share the guidelines with your area populace so people may come prepared.
Memorial Garden Guidelines:
For those you would like to honor by including them in the Memorial Garden, we ask that you please prepare an 11 x 8.5 sheet (landscape) with a photo and a short bio or whatever words you feel are appropriate. The sheets will be placed within a plastic sheet protector and attached to decorated boards which will surround the Memorial Garden area. Posting will be arranged in alphabetically ordered sections, based on the first letter of the person’s first name.
