On the 9th of March A.S. LIII, known in the Common Era as 2019 a bright and clear day did dawn. Their Majesties East, Wilhelm and Vienna, did send Their Own Herald to the new barony of Buckland Cross, for while They could not personally be in attendance at al-Hafla, They had business that must be attended to there.
The Baron and Baroness of Buckland Cross, Baron Aurddeilen-ap-Robet and Baroness Sigridh Bengstdotter, did hold their court that day amid the music, dancing and fine foods. And it was with the authority given to them by King Wilhelm and Queen Vienna, that they did bade the herald to open a Royal Court and call forward one Yāsamīn al-Sardaniya called Jaz. She was this great event’s own Steward, and in fact, had been the Event Steward for the Investiture of Buckland Cross – which Their Majesties, Wilhelm and Vienna had attended, and much enjoyed. And so it was that Yāsamīn al-Sardaniya was bestowed a well-deserved Burdened Tyger.
These are the events as I recall them unfolding before me.
