Unofficial EK Court Report for 100 Minutes War

The Court of our most excellent prince and lord, King Edward II, by grace most illustrious King of the East, begun and held at the Shire of Rusted Woodlands, on 17 November A.S. 47, and in the first year of his reign. On which day were called all and sundry the lords of the realm and the great men of the kingdom, earls, barons, freeholders and commissioners of the burghs to hear the following publicly proclaimed:

  • Item. His Majesty summoned before him Berric Grayveson and Elysabeth Underhill and, in witness of the skills at rapier demonstrated by the said Berric and the said Elysabeth, did cause their names to be writ upon the rolls of the Order of the Silver Rapier, in witness whereof the said Berric received a document written by Brunisende Dragonette and inscribed by Ekaterina Volkova and the said Elysabeth received a document written by Alys Mackyntoich and inscribed by Chrestienne la pescheresse. Quintavian Hafla — January 20

Business from the Caliph’s Court of Carolingia (November 10th)

On the 10th of November, in the reign of Edward and Thyra, Their Excellencies Fergus and Imigla, Carolingia, did convene a Court, in full view of the populace so that all might see Their justice.

Item: Their Excellencies summoned Mistress Gwendolyn of Middlemarch, representative of the Order of the Daystar.  She pleaded with them to recognize members of the populace who have performed signal service to the Barony.  They then summoned Duke Vissevald Selkirkson and Lady  Sepherah Dryden into Court, invested them both with medallions representing the badge of the Order, and welcomed them as new members. Mistletoe Revel Postponed

Word from the Shire of Barren Sands has reached our desk.  The annual Mistletoe Revel event scheduled for December 1st has been postponed.  The staff have announced that they hope to reschedule the event for February or March of 2013.

In the forty-seventh year of the Society, upon 10 November, in the Barony of An Dubhaigeainn, Edward the King, second of that name, and Thyra the Queen, did enact and cause to be enacted the following:

Item.  Their Majesties accepted the fealty of Ateno and Lassair, venerable Baron and Baroness of An Dubhaigeainn.  Their Majesties then gave leave for the Baron and Baroness to conduct such business with their populace as they deemed fit.
