All Authorization Paperwork has been Processed
We have currently processed all of the armored and fencing combat authorizations we had previously received. If you mailed yours within the past 3 weeks, please note it may not have been received yet, or it may be slated for processing next Monday. All authorizations we have processed should be received within 3 weeks.
TO DO:
– If you mailed your authorization to us within the past 3 weeks, please be patient, as the office transfer may have affected documents enroute.
– If you submitted your authorization paperwork previously and do not receive it within 3 weeks, please contact Olivia at mol@eastkingdom.org. If you have a digital copy of the paperwork, please include it in the email. If you have an authorization card number, please provide it in the email. If you do not, please provide as much information as possible, including, but not limited to mundane name, SCA name, date of authorization, authorizing marshals, and zip code. The more information we have, the easier it will be to locate your paperwork.
