100 Minutes War, now offering pre-fight screening!
Received from the East Kingdom Minister of Lists:
Groups of 8 or more heavy weapons combatants can get together and have one person submit a list of fighters, both SCA and modern names to 23387@members.eastkingdom.org. (Please put 100 Min War in the subject line.)
Submitted names will be checked against the current database and the submitter will be advised whether each person is good to go, expired/need to reauthorize, missing on the database or are in the paperwork problem file. You’ll know before you arrive if you need to see the Marshals before inspection. Having your form ready in advance will expedite the process. Once you arrive, there will be a separate MoL with the list and your stickers. As in years past, MoL will be set up with the outdoor gate/troll.
