Highlights from Pikestaff: Changes and Openings in Kingdom Offices

The following is a summary of changes and openings in the roster of East Kingdom Officers from the Kingdom Newsletter: Pikestaff. The kingdom has long appreciated the services of many talented volunteers, so read the list over – one of the up-coming vacancies may be the perfect fit for YOU.

Kingdom Marshall of Fence – The current term ends in November. Don Caine
Ramsey is not reapplying for the position. Interested candidates should
submit a letter of intent to the Earl Marshall at earl-marshal@eastkingdom.org or to Don Caine at marshal@rapier.eastkingdom.org.

Kingdom Earl Marshall – The current term end in January. Sir Oskgar is
reapplying. Anyone interested in the position should send a letter to
Their Majesties at TRM@eastkingdom.org.

Marshal of Equestrian Activities – The current term end in January.
Baroness Sylvia du Vey is not reapplying. Anyone interested in the
position should send a letter to Their Majesties at TRM@eastkingdom.org.

Tyger Clerk of the Signet – At Twelfth Night, Mistress Nest verch
Tangwistel will take over the position from Mistress Kayleigh McWhyte.

Tir Mara Chatelaine – The new Regional Deputy Chatelaine for Tir Mara is
Lady Cellach Dhonn inghean Mhic, taking over from Natali’a Petrova.

Pennsic Steward – The Pennsic Steward is responsible for the storage,
finances and execution of items used by the East Kingdom Royal
encampment at Pennsic. People interested in applying should send an
email with their SCA and Modern name, a brief SCA resume and a statement
of interest to TRM@eastkingdom.org, exchequer@eastkingdom.org and
seneschal@eastkingdom.org.

Kingdom Media Officer – The Media officer distributes press kit
materials and provides education on media policy. People interested in
applying should send an email with their SCA and Modern name, a brief
SCA resume and a statement of interest to seneschal@eastkingdom.org.
