Pennsic 53 Archery News – Sunday, Aug. 2
As of Opening Ceremonies yesterday, the War is ON! The alliances, as reported in today’s Pennsic Independent, are:
For the East: Ansteorra, West, Atlantia, An Tir, Tuchux, Acre. AEthelmearc too, though that was missed in the PI article.
For the Middle: Atenveldt, Meridies, Calontir, Trimaris, Outlands, Northshield, Gleann Abhainn, Great Dark Horde, Empire of the Nine Realms, Ealdormere, Lochac
Due to heavy rain and lightning, the Archery Range was closed this morning, opened for about 2 hours of War Point Shooting, then ALL martial activities were closed for the rest of the day.
No news yet on when the Head-to-Head Heroic Champions Competition will be held; possibly Wednesday.
The second Archery Champions practice/tryouts will be held tomorrow, Monday, Aug.3 from 5pm to 7pm.
On Tuesday, Aug. 4, the ranges will be closed to other shooting while the Archery Champions Team Competition is held.
The 12th Period Pennsic Shoot has been rescheduled for Wednesday Aug. 5, 8am to 11am
