Call for Bids for Coronation
To the Populace of the Eastern Kingdom,
I am Baroness Nadia Hart, and I am reaching out on behalf of Their Highnesses to see if there are those who could discuss putting in a Coronation bid. Their Highnesses are looking to hold Coronation within 4 hours of Montreal.
Because of the busy Kingdom schedule, the only date available is October 3rd, 2026. Based on previous Coronations we would expect around 400 attendees.
Their Highnesses would love if there would be a processional aisle no less than 10 feet wide to accommodate ceremony logistics that they have planned.
We are also looking for a space that ideally has the following:
- Two Royal Rooms (though one will suffice in a pinch
- A separate space for Heralds and the signing of scrolls
- A space for sitting in state, so Their Highnesses can greet attendees, accept fealty, etc.
No feast is required by our Royals— a hearty dayboard however, would serve the populace well.
The bid deadline has already passed, but we would welcome any and all bids still. Please let me know if your group has any interest.
