Virtual Order Meetings Reminder
Their Majesties would request the virtual presence of the East Kingdom polling orders so that they may discuss business (that is not candidate-related) on Tuesday, June 16, Wednesday, June 17, and Thursday, June 18, depending on Order membership. (see link below)
The agenda for the meetings shall be similar for all orders, covering basic topics, followed by specific information pertaining to the orders attending.
Zoom links will be shared on Tuesday, June 16th to each Order
Their Majesties would expect each meeting to take no longer than 30 minutes.
To adhere to this timeline, their Majesties formally request that there be no whimsy/excessive joking or off-topic sidebars. This is for the desire to respect everyone’s time and to keep the calls efficient. Please enter the call on mute to avoid interruptions.
Each meeting room will open approximately 15 mins early to let people join the waiting room.
