Announcement – New dates for Order meetings
Greetings Esteemed Members of the Orders, The Reign Staff of Culann and Honig would like to deeply apologize for the delay in communication for the initial request for Order Meetings and as a result, we will be delaying the Order Meetings.
This is a notice that their Majesties would request the virtual presence of the East Kingdom polling orders so that they may discuss business (that is not candidate-related) on Tuesday June 16, Wednesday June 17, and Thursday June 18 depending on Order membership. (see link below)
The agenda for the meetings shall be similar for all orders to cover basic topics, then specific information pertaining to the orders attending will be shared.
Their Majesties would expect each meeting to take no longer than 30 minutes.
To adhere to this timeline, their Majesties formally request that there be no whimsy/excessive joking or off-topic sidebars. This is for the desire to respect everyone’s time and to keep the calls efficient. Please enter the call on mute to avoid interruptions.
Each meeting room will open approximately 15 mins early to let people join the waiting room.
