Good afternoon, East Kingdom!

I want to take a minute to thank some people who had a part in making Sunday’s Court look effortless.

First, there is the Web Staff. Matthias von Wurzburg and Symon of Barnesdale stay in the Zoom with us, pushing all the buttons, making things GO, so Their Majesties and I can just do our thing.

Part of that team now includes a subset of video editors. Simon Talbot & Marieta Charay were responsible for editing the recorded videos, adding in the scroll images, and ensuring the herald’s voices were placed in.

I was also very lucky to have a group of heralds willing to step out of their comfort zones and record readings of scrolls. For me, at least, this made court feel more normal. I was able to hand out words, get recordings, and the heralds were able to play their part. A huge thank you to Theodora Bryennissa, called Treannah, Marian Kirkpatrick, Siobhan ingean ui Ghadhra, Conall an Doire, Simona bat Leon, Anne de Basillon, and Violet Hughes!

I also want to share a very special thank you to the Scribes. This is a very different timeline than you’re used to, and the work you all did to get things in ahead of time to ensure we could share them with the East during court was amazing. Thank you all for being so amenable to change!
