Announcing A Scribal Fundraiser

It’s the summer’s biggest NON-EVENT!

It’s your chance to turn dollars into both art and full-face protective masks AT THE SAME TIME!

It’s like the Met Gala, but instead of celebrities it’s ILLUMINATION AND CALLIGRAPHY!

It’s a scribal artwork display, and you’re not so busy with everything else going on so you can actually go peruse it AND THEN TAKE ONE HOME (maybe)!

We put out a call for artists to donate their amazing skills in painting, gilding, calligraphy, and wordsmithing, and they rose to the challenge. These pieces are beautiful and clever. Some are funny, some are sentimental, some are shiny, and they are each completely unique.

They agreed to be a part of this project so that money could be raised for MasksOn.org. This charity turns full-face snorkel masks into face shields for healthcare workers and first responders. Each one costs $50 to produce, and the face shields are provided free to people on the front lines of the pandemic.

This dedicated group has put together an auction through BetterWorld.org,  a great site that provides online services to non-profits. The Fab Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization that is helping MasksOn.org to process donations (so the charity can focus on what it does best). All three of these amazing organizations have helped us put this auction together. We hope the fundraiser’s success will be a big thank-you to them.
