Court Of Their Majesties Matthias And Æsa Feilinn
at East KingdomTwelfth Night
In public consistory, at the time of the solemn and royal court held at the Barony of Buckland cross, a brilliant assembly of dukes, counts and barons being in session, and a very great multitude of nobles and commoners standing before the most serene lord Matthias, King of the East, and Æsa feilinn, the Queen, for the purpose of exhibiting the fullness of justice to each person, the said king and the said queen, according to law, did do and cause to be done the following:
Item: Their Majesties welcomed the Baron and Baroness of Buckland Cross and permitted them to conduct such business as was needful.
Item: Their Majesties and His Highness exchanged gifts with the Baron and Baroness of Buckland Cross.
Item: Their Majesties divested the first Baron and Baroness of Buckland Cross from their burden, with thanks.
Item: Their Majesties invested Aurddeilen ap Robet as a Baron of the Court, as attested in a document created by Emma Makilmone.
Item: Their Majesties invested Sigridh Bengtsdotter with a Court Barony and a Grant of Arms, as attested in a document created by Emma Makilmone.
Item: Their Majesties invested, endowed, and indoted Muireadhach Ó Cuileannáin and Yasamin al-Sardaniyya as the new Baron and Baroness of Buckland Cross and charged them to hold the lands of the aforenamed Barony in their name.
Item: Their Majesties accepted the fealty of Muireadhach and Yasamin, Baron and Baroness of Buckland Cross.
Item: Their Majesties summoned Gunnr Mackinnon before the thrones and thereupon awarded the said Gunnr the Order of the Silver Tyger with an Award of Arms.
Item: Their Majesties requested the presence of Ezra dei Bazzi, whereupon they endowed the said Ezra with the Order of the Silver Tyger with an Award of Arms.
Item: Their Majesties called Phillipe Renault into their presence and thereupon invested him wit the Order of the Silver Rapier and an Award of Arms, as attested in a document created by Anne de Bassilion.
Item: Their Majesties summoned Aaron the Swift and send him out to vigil to contemplate whether he would join the Order of the Chivalry.
Item: Their Majesties then adjourned their Court until the fourth hour after noon.
Item: Their Majesties reconvened their Court and permitted the new Baron and Baroness of Buckland Cross to conduct such business as they deemed necessary.
Item: Their Majesties and His Highness exchanged gifts with the new Baron and Baroness of Buckland Cross.
Item: Their Majesties invited Andrew Schickard into their presence, whereupon they Awarded him Arms, as memorialized in a document created by Katherine Stanhope.
Item: Their Majesties summoned Orso Luca di la Licata before the Court, and the said Orso so appearing, they Awarded him Arms, as memorialized in a document authored by Emine bint Yazid and calligraphed and illuminated by Margarette la Gantière.
Item: Their Majesties then charged Orso Luca de la Licata with the running of the Toybox, to the great joy of the assembled children.
Item: Their Majesties called before them Ursula de Torres and Awarded her Arms, as attested in a document authored by Aislinn Chiabach, calligraphed by Violet Hughes, and illuminated by Danielle Bird.
Item: Their Majesties summoned Margarette la Gantière to attend upon them, and the said Margarette so appearing, their Majesties endowed her with the Order of the Silver Brooch, as attested in a document created by Caterina Giaocchini.
Item: Their Majesties requested the presence of Jennette Elizabeth Colquhoun and thereupon invested her with the Order of the Silver Wheel, as memorialized in a document authored by Aislinn Chiabach and calligraphed and illuminated by Cwenthryth wine.
Item: Their Majesties called Emine bint Yazid before the Tyger Thrones and, the said Emine so appearing, their Majesties then bestowed upon her the Order of the Silver Wheel, as attested in a document authored and calligraphed by Violet Hughes and illuminated by Adeliza Annabelle.
Item: The Order of the Silver Wheel being still as yet incomplete, Their Majesties called Albrecht Anker before the Court and invested him with the said Order as well as Awarding him Arms, all of which was attesting in a document calligraphed by Nest verch Tangwistel and illuminated by Melina al-Andalusiyya.
Item: The Order of the Silver Wheel still not yet complete, Their Majesties summoned before them Anna von Baden and created her a companion of the aforenamed Order, as attested in a document created by Jan Janowicz Bogdanski.
Item: Their Majesties welcome newcomers to the Society with gifts of mugs.
Item: Their Majesties called into their Court the good lady Engracia de Madrigal, whereupon they endowed the said Engracia with the Order of the Maunche, as memorialized in a document created by Charis Accipiter, Melora di Sforza, and Alys Mackyntoich.
Item: Their Majesties issued a Writ commanding Hillarius Clock Werk, also known as Cristoff Gockerhan von Loch to appear at A Market Day at Birka and answer the question whether he would join the Order of the Pelican.
Item: Their Majesties commanded the presence of Aaron the Swift and heard his answer to the question posed that morning; whereupon, the said Aaron was created a Knight of the Society, as memorialized in a document created by Kay Leigh Mac Whyte.
Item: Their Majesties summoned Lillia de Vaux before the Tyger Thrones and invested her with the Order of the Laurel for her excellence and skills in research, as memorialized in a document created by Chrestienne la pescheresse.
Item: Their Majesties called forth Tanczos Istvan and endowed the said Istvan with an Augmentation of Arms for his service to the heraldic community of the Known Worlde, as attested in a document created by Keziah Planchet, Alys Mackyntoich and Palotzi Marta.
Item: Their Majesties created Mael Eoin mac Echuidh a Tyger of the East to great acclaim, and all the same was memorialized in a document created by Natalia Anastasia, Alys Mackyntoich and Alexandre Lerot d’Avignon.
Item: Their Majesties thanked their hosts the Barony of Buckland Cross and the staff who had worked to provide the day’s festivities.
I do hereby bear witness and upon the strength of my signature confirm that the aforesaid was done upon 12 January, in the 58th year of the Society.
