Applicants Wanted – Royal Awards Scheduler
The Office of the Tyger Clerk of the Signet seeks candidates for the role of Royal Award Scheduler. This position has recently transitioned from a royally appointed position to a lesser officer position. The scheduler works closely with the Crown, Signet, and Eastern Crown Herald, as well as with the populace, to facilitate the bestowal and notification of awards and award scrolls.
The scheduler receives planned awards from the Crown, researches recipients if needed to fill in missing information, contacts the loved ones of the recipient to plan at which event the award should take place, and conveys this information to the Signet for scroll and docket planning. The Scheduler also works with the crown herald to communicate with award contacts with regards to court schedules or special circumstances.
Per EK Law, The Royal Awards Scheduler:

Schedules awards given by the Crown by coordinating with the reign staff and the office of the Tyger Clerk of the Signet.

Works with the Eastern Crown Herald in their areas of mutual interest.

Is responsible to the Tyger Clerk of the Signet.
In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills/competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to say no and enforce necessary boundaries with grace.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills, with project management experience a plus.

Familiarity and comfort with G Suite, especially Google Sheets.

An understanding of the workload and time constraints of the scribal process as well as an understanding of the awards and their requirements is a plus.
