Request for Royal Retainers
Greetings one and all!
I would like to introduce myself! I am Arabella De Mere, and I am Their Royal Highnesses Ryouko’jin and Indrakshi’s head retainer.
Whether you are new to the SCA or an experienced member, I would be happy to have you join our team.
What is retaining? Our job is to accompany and help the royalty throughout the day. This may include being an extra set of hands, holding onto their personal items, running information, and having a great time!
Being a retainer can give you yet another aspect to our society, and introduce you to a group of amazing people. If you want to be a part of the action, a piece of what helps make it all work, please consider retaining for the royals.
