Artifacts of a Life IV: Last minute announcements/reminders
Greetings!
Artifacts of a Life IV is only a few days away! Please see below for some last-minute announcements and reminders.
Display Space Available for Non-Entrants
While the deadline has passed for entering the official competition, attendees are welcome and encouraged to bring and share their current projects. If you anticipate needing a lot of space to display your work, please consider bringing your own table. We have a limited number of tables available, and official entrants and general schmooze space have first dibs. However, there is plenty of space for additional tables if you want to bring them.
Judges Still Needed!
Many thanks to everyone who has volunteered to judge so far, but we’d like to have even more judges! Our goal is to have 3 judges for each entrant in the competition. If you’re planning to attend the event, please consider volunteering to judge. Judges should be on-site by 10:30am in order to attend the preliminary judges’ meeting.
Kingdom A&S Consultations Available
Thanks to the Ministry of Arts and Sciences, we’re pleased to announce that consultations will be available throughout the day as time permits. These tables are designed to provide artisans with friendly advice and feedback on any aspect of A&S, regardless of their level of experience
Bring your Lunch
While we will have some light refreshments (water, lemonade, pretzels, and some desserts), there is no official dayboard. Please be sure to bring your lunch! Alternatively, please see the Gate for a list of local dining options.
Please join us for what we know will be an inspiring day. We’re always amazed by the artisans of the East, and we’re looking forward to seeing this year’s displays.
