Applicants Requested: Deputy Kingdom Awards Scheduler
The office of the Tyger Clerk of the Signet is seeking a new candidate for the office of Deputy Kingdom Awards Scheduler. This 2 year position reports directly to the Kingdom Awards Scheduler and will interface closely with the Signet, and with Eastern Crown Heralds during their tenure.
Responsibilities:

Assist in processing receipt and organization of award decisions from Sovereign and Consort teams, and heirs.

Perform data validation for contact info and personal wiki data for award recipients

Assist Kingdom Awards Scheduler in contacting representatives for awards recipients and scheduling for appropriate events.

Take lead in sending circle-back emails to recommenders with award schedule information

Perform lead role in maintaining Google Sheets spreadsheet forms

Update and troubleshoot Google Sheets AppsScript automation for office of the Scheduler

Perform duties of the Scheduler during vacation times, and as interim if the Scheduler is unable to continue.
Successful candidates for the role should possess regular high speed access to the internet, be a paid member of the SCA with an EK email address, and have good communications and problem solving skills. Familiarity with Google business applications is vital, and either experience with or an interest in learning javascript based AppsScript automation is important.
You would be beginning a 2 year term starting in the late summer / early fall of 2026, and would be asked to continue at least 3-4 months past the end of your term in a transition and advisory capacity for your successor. (Extension of your term is possible with the assent of Signet and Scheduler) Alternately you could elect to move into the job of Scheduler at the end of their term (1 year into the term of this office) and locate a successor as your deputy.
