Virtual Meetings for Polling Orders
Greetings Esteemed Members of the Orders,
Their Highness Donovan Shinnock and Chatricam Meghanta would request the virtual presence of the East Kingdom polling orders to discuss some business that is not candidate related.
The agenda for the meetings will be similar for all orders to cover basic topics but have a bit of specific information for each set of meetings usually towards the end of the meeting.
Since this is not candidate focused, to respect everyone’s time, their Highnesses will be combining the meetings for most orders as follows. Each meeting room will open approximately 15 mins early to let people join the waiting room.
