Many of you have seen me performing duties as a Sign Herald at RP events this reign and have offered words of appreciation and interest. I am excited to get more of you involved!

The training program is being updated and we are going to focus on teaching you how to use the sign you know to fit within the SCA. If you don’t know any sign, fear not! I present to you 5 free resources to get you started! These apps are available both in the Apple store and Google play.

Take some time to start learning and practicing. When in doubt, focus on fingerspelling. This is one of the most important aspects as Their Majesties summon many people by name and our SCAdian names can be challenging to spell. The Sign Herald training will officially start June 19, 2024!!
