New East Kingdom Champions and First Golden Lances
The King’s and Queen’s Equestrian and Thrown Weapons Championships were held today in Quintavia. It was the first time a King’s and Queen’s Championship was held for Thrown Weapons. It was also the first time the Golden Lance was awarded in the East Kingdom. The Golden Lance is an order of high merit for those who have excelled in the Equestrian Arts.
Lord Magnus de Londres, the highest scorer in the Thrown Weapons Tournament, was named Queen’s Champion. Lord Kazimierz was named King’s Champion. Master Randall of the Dark, the highest scorer in the Equestrian Championship, was named King’s Champion. The Queen’s Equestrian Champion was Baron Duncan Kerr.
The premiere members of the Order of the Golden Lance are Mistress Eleanor FitzPatrick and Duchess Katherine Stanhope.
